These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bi44 ("bi44", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bi44 online betting and casino platform accessible at bi44.io, including all associated games, services, payment systems, promotional offers, and account features.

By completing the bi44 account registration process, by logging in via the bi44 Login page, by making a deposit, by placing a wager, or by otherwise accessing any part of the bi44 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

• You are not a family member of, or residing in the same household as, any person described in the preceding point;

bi44 operates exclusively for the entertainment of adult players. Any attempt to circumvent the eligibility requirements — including but not limited to providing false age information, using another person's identity, or registering multiple accounts — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) bi44 account only. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same identity, a different identity, or a combination of personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering for a bi44 account, you must provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details, and preferred BDT payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to promptly update it should any details change.

bi44 reserves the right to request identity verification ("KYC") documentation at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or other acceptable identification. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by bi44 may result in account restrictions, suspension of withdrawal privileges, or account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bi44 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bi44 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account. All financial transactions on the bi44 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). bi44 supports the following BDT payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. bi44 does not currently accept international payment methods, credit cards issued outside Bangladesh, or cryptocurrency.

Any funds held in a bi44 account that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 BDT, after bi44 has issued written notice to the email address registered on the account. bi44 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy fee.

All sports bets, casino wagers, and game stakes placed on the bi44 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each market, game, or event in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between event-specific or game-specific rules and these Terms, the event-specific or game-specific rules shall apply to the relevant wager.

Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by bi44, it is final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player except in circumstances specifically permitted under bi44's individual game or sports rules. bi44 reserves the right to void, suspend, or amend any bet where:

• The bet was placed on the basis of an obvious pricing error, technical malfunction, or system fault;
• bi44 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the integrity of the relevant event has been compromised;
• The bet was placed by a player in breach of these Terms;
• The relevant sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to complete in the standard manner, in accordance with the specific rules for that sport.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bi44 platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display any bi44 content without express written authorisation;
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any bi44 software or platform element;
• Use bi44's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context, advertising, or promotional material without prior written consent from bi44;

Any unauthorised use of bi44's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bi44 shall not be liable to any player or third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the bi44 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of anticipated savings, even if bi44 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bi44's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the bi44 platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their bi44 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bi44 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events may temporarily affect platform availability. bi44 will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to communicate planned maintenance windows in advance.

bi44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bi44 reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• The player is under the age of 21;
• The player's account is subject to a self-exclusion request;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk of financial crime, fraud, or harm to other players or to bi44;
• bi44 is required to do so by law, regulation, or court order.

Upon account closure, bi44 will process a withdrawal of any legitimate, non-bonus funds held in the account to the player's registered BDT mobile wallet, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and subject to bi44's fraud review processes. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus play that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Players who have opted for self-exclusion will not be permitted to reopen their account for the duration of the self-exclusion period regardless of the method of contact.
